Responsible for identifying business processes, systems, and functions for client engagements.
Using good analytical skills, gather requirements and analyze information gathered to identify workflow processes and document requirements in a clear and usable format.

Required Skills for this Position:

Demonstrated experience in business analysis typically evidenced by a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, with a considerable number of years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, 2 years project management experience preferred.

Business Analysts must have:

• experience conducting needs analysis
• experience conducting job/task analysis
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• excellent skills using Microsoft Office, Visio and MS Project

• strong commitment to finding practical customer solutions

Typical Work Performed:

• Performs data analysis and requirements definitions.
• Identifies and defines the needs of the customers and/or stakeholders.
• Translates customer needs into written business requirements.
• Translates Business requirements into process maps, charts, SOPs and design documents.
• Identifies and documents current business processes that will be impacted.
• Identifies and documents what changes need to occur in the current environment to achieve business goals.
• Obtains necessary approvals from project owners, business units, stakeholders.
• May lead team of business unit members and IT.
• Manages timelines and deliverables on assigned projects.
